BMGA Foundation Fellows Program for Young African Women

BMGA Foundation presents the 2023 BMGA Fellows Program, a social impact initiative designed to narrow the gender skills gap among university graduates in Africa and Asia. It is a six-month experiential learning program designed to equip young women with the knowledge, access, and resources required to gain fundamental employability skills that strengthen their marketability for a successful career in the
21st Century.

This fully virtual program offers high-level professional development courses, mentorship from graduate students in top global universities, coaching from senior-level executives with international experience, and life skills designed to prepare young women for the future of work.
