Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with corporate and high‑value clients.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.

Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.

Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with client needs and company objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and exceptional client experiences.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree an added advantage.

Proven track record of acquiring and managing large corporate accounts and high‑end organizations.

Minimum 8 years’ experience in

business development, sales, and client relations.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
