  • Monitor quality of cleaning operations to meet company standards and client expectations.

  • Collaborate with logistics management to align cleaning activities with operational schedules.

  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment for availability and cost‑effectiveness.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff to foster accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Address client feedback and resolve service‑related issues to maintain satisfaction.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally in cleaning or logistics.

  • Strong understanding of cleaning processes and logistics environments.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Solid organizational skills with focus on efficiency and
    detail.

  • Proficiency in management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Certification in cleaning management or facility management.

  • Experience with sustainability practices in cleaning operations.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the cleaning industry.
