Bidvest Prestige Branch Manager Jobs in South Africa;To effectively organize and manage the region under jurisdiction and implement operational strategy. To provide managerial and supervisory control regarding service delivery to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure branch service delivery as per contracts and SLAs.

  • Proactively engage with clients to identify improvements and shorten turnaround times.

  • Develop customer‑focused relationships at all levels of the client chain.

  • Manage portfolio growth, retention, profitability, and performance targets in line with business strategy.

  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve and enhance service offerings.

  • Lead and implement portfolio process improvements to achieve SLA compliance.

  • Ensure QMS and Health & Safety compliance through mechanisms and procedures.

  • Manage portfolio budget, utilization, variance explanations, and corrective actions.

  • Monitor performance related to time, quality, and standards.

  • Ensure productivity of employees and assets; address non‑performance issues.

  • Secure competent service providers for ad‑hoc and emergency work, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

  • Coach, mentor, and counsel staff to improve performance gaps.

    Qualifications & Skills

  • National Diploma or Degree.

  • Matric/Grade 12.

  • Valid South African driver’s licence.

  • 5–8 years’ leadership experience in services industry or similar.

  • Project management skills.

  • QMS
    (Quality Management System), First Aid Training.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).

  • Knowledge of planned maintenance systems.
