BIC Sales Representative - Coast Region Jobs in Kenya


Main Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and distribution of company products within defined geographic area.

  • Achieve monthly sales volume and value targets across Stationery, Lighters, Shavers, and Shaving preps.

  • Implement negotiated Key Account promotions and marketing strategies.

  • Manage third‑party Sales and Merchandising Agents to achieve trade promotions and in‑store objectives.

  • Ensure cost‑effective sales call coverage and profitability.

  • Supervise Sales Agents to meet agreed sales targets and promotional activities.

  • Implement promotions during Back to School and Shaver/Lighter campaigns.

  • Compile and submit sales and market intelligence reports (trade surveys, competitor activity, promotional analysis, new products).

  • Maintain and build trade relations with key customers; identify new customers and opportunities.

  • Increase distribution of existing and new products, track competitor activity and product trends.

  • Develop job knowledge through training, publications, and professional networks.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieve strike rate target for allocated DSRs.

  • Achieve sales and coverage objectives for allocated FSRs.

  • Ensure stockists have required SKUs and replenish monthly.

  • Ensure merchandised outlets achieve 80% OSA target.
