Bergstein Hospital Consultant Anaesthesiologist Jobs in Nigeria

Responsibilities

Provide specialist consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up care

Manage patients in accordance with accepted clinical standards

Review investigations and provide appropriate clinical interpretation

Participate in multidisciplinary patient management

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Support quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance initiatives

Provide professional guidance and mentorship where applicable

Uphold high standards of ethics, professionalism, confidentiality, and patient‑centred care

Qualifications

Education

MBBS or equivalent medical qualification

Recognized postgraduate specialist qualification in cardiology

Experience

Current registration and licence to practise with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)

Relevant clinical experience as a specialist/consultant

Strong clinical judgement and communication skills

Commitment to patient‑centred care and professional excellence

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary hospital environment
