Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body therapies, and luxury services.

  • Conduct consultations with guests to understand requirements and recommend appropriate treatments.

  • Prepare treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, and ambience.

  • Assist in managing guest appointments when necessary.

  • Provide product knowledge and wellness advice to enhance guest experience.

    Requirements

  • Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa services.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.

  • Experience in a luxury hospitality or spa environment is an advantage.
