Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel Spa Attendant Jobs in South Africa; To maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all spa and public areas, assist therapists with supplies, and ensure a welcoming and safe environment that enhances the guest experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Clean, service, and maintain all spa and public areas.

  • Assist spa therapists by replenishing supplies such as bathrobes and linens.

  • Adhere to cleaning guidelines and inspect public areas according to standards.

  • Disinfect treatment surfaces and equipment between treatments.

  • Ensure the spa remains neat, clean, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.

  • Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.

  • Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.).

  • Report and safeguard lost property, ensuring it is logged daily.

  • Complete weekly and monthly task lists as assigned.

  • Maintain hygiene standards by sanitizing all touch points.

  • Ensure changing areas are clean, tidy, and stocked with towels and bathrobes.

  • Maintain cleanliness standards both front and back of spa.

  • Clean, stock, and supply the Spa Conservatory.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (advantageous).

  • 1–2 years’ previous experience in a similar position (advantageous).

  • Good attention to detail and customer‑oriented mindset.

  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
