Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel Guest Experience Manager Jobs in South Africa; To provide exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay by acting as a single point of contact, coordinating communication between guests and hotel teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional experiences for guests throughout their stay.

  • Act as a “One Point Contact” for guests and interact regularly to gain feedback.

  • Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check‑in.

  • Coordinate communication between guests and hotel teams, following up to resolve concerns.

  • Inform guests of hotel services, facilities, and dining options.

  • Promote hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs.

  • Liaise with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams to enhance guest experience.

    Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree from a reputable institution.

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.

  • Proven work experience at mid to senior level in hospitality management.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation.

  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality industry standards.
