Job Title: Beer Depot Manager

Location: Sagana

Nature of Job: Full Time

Salary: 100K

Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operations of the business

Developing the customer base

Maximizing growth and profitability

Developing strategic plans for the business

Ensuring that high levels of service standards are maintained

Keeping a close eye on stock levels

Working closely with suppliers and maintain the required standards

Holding team meetings and working closely with all departments

Liaising with key customers to make sure they’re satisfied with the depot’s performance

Visiting prospective customers to develop new business

Agreeing service contracts

Managing stock levels to ensure that all requirements can be met

Ensuring that branch adheres to Health & Safety guidelines

Recruiting and training staff

Analyzing spreadsheets to monitor turnover and profitability

Meeting with area and regional managers to share best practice

Ensure all government requirements are in place

Desired attributes and skills

Degree or Diploma in a Finance field

Prior experience in a busy depot or logistics company

High Level Computer skills with excellence in Microsoft (Excel &, word)

Knowledge of the competition is a mandatory

Strong financial analysis skills

Ability to manage a business

Strong internal and external relationship development skills with customers and colleagues
