Job SummaryThis position will be responsible for ensuring that there are functional systems and structures to promote strengthened monitoring and evaluation functions at district level for joint planning, coordination, support supervision and performance monitoring for sustained epidemic control.
It will oversee a team of officers to ensure timely and accurate reporting in District Health Information System 2 (DHIS2).
It will ensure district, sub-district and HF level data review and planning meetings take place to strengthen governance and systems for sustained epidemic control.
Overall Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for ensuring that there are functional systems and structures to promote strengthened monitoring and evaluation functions at district level for joint planning, coordination, support supervision and performance monitoring for sustained epidemic control.

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
A Bachelor’s (honors) degree in statistics or (demography or qualitative economics with a formal qualification in monitoring and evaluation) or related field.
A Master’s Degree in a related field
At least 5 years of experience
in Log Frame Approach in planning, monitoring and evaluation;
Knowledge of common Statistical analysis and database management packages Ms Access, Ms Excel, STATA, SPSS, EPiDATAA.
Application of qualitative and quantitative M&E methods;
Prior Experience of working with a reputable international NGO, and direct experience with government and donor representatives

5 Years Relevant Experience
