Job Summary

  • Develop and monitor the implementation of systems and guidelines for providing counselling services at COE and other Baylor Uganda supported sites, in line with counselling professional standards and directorate’s mission.

    Overall Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor the implementation of systems and guidelines for providing counselling services at COE and other Baylor Uganda supported sites, in line with counselling professional standards and directorate’s mission.

    Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:

  • A Bachelor’s (honors) degree in Counseling

  • Medical back ground ( Nurse ) is an added advantage

  • A Masters in Public Health or related qualification

  • At least 5 years’ experience implementing counseling according to MOH guidelines

  • Experience in Supporting Spiritual Care in HIV/AIDS

  • 5 Years Relevant Experience

  • You must have at least a credit 6 in MATHEMATICS and ENGLISH at Ordinary Level (UCE).
