Bayinah Academy HR & Administration Officer Jobs in Kenya

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate staff recruitment, interviews, onboarding and replacement planning.

  • Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, attendance and leave records.

  • Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, allowances, deductions and final dues.

  • Manage probation reviews, performance appraisals and staff development records.

  • Support disciplinary processes, grievance management and HR documentation.

  • Maintain staff establishment, vacancy and recruitment trackers.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable Kenyan employment law and HR procedures.

  • Provide regular HR management reports and implement HR policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.

  • Minimum four years of practical HR generalist experience.

  • CHRP qualification and IHRM membership are advantageous.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Kenyan employment law, payroll administration and statutory obligations.

  • Strong Excel, reporting, communication and record-management skills.

  • Experience in a school or comparable staff-intensive institution is desirable.

  • Excellent integrity, confidentiality, initiative and independent follow-through.
