Bayer E-Commerce Project Management Specialist Jobs in Zambia

Role Purpose

This role will initially be responsible for the building of an e-commerce platform and app to support market linkages between farmers, agrohubs, and traders. This is a 6 month project based role where the first 3 months will be focused in building the platforms and a further 3 months for the go-live support.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Drive credit risk management through credit limit analysis and governance via the E-commerce platform

Guide sprints and interactions with third-party app developer.

Function as an agile PMO for the local country representatives involved in the e-commerce project.

Have frequent check-ins with project team-members.

Ensure internal system and process alignment (build customer journey and back-end journey).

Have frequent interactions with the agrohub(s) and offtaker(s) to align on the way forward.

Ensure commercialization of app by frequently interacting with the sales representatives involved.

Weekly reporting on project status and blockers to project team and project sponsorship.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

Technical qualifications in web design or related e-commerce development skill areas.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience developing e-commerce solutions.

Good working knowledge of e-commerce concepts such as SEO, e-commerce marketing, and usability best practices.

A keen eye for detail.

Strong business acumen.

Strong project management skills.

Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.

Excellent relationship management skills.

Strong results orientation.
