Key Outputs

Initiation, Planning and prioritizing of jobs

Assist with achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Assist with effective control of cost centre expenses and Work-in-Progress

Apply Warranty policies and procedures, including Warranty decisions and Service Warranty investigations.

Resolve internal and external customer queries

Arrange appropriate transport

Qualified Artisan. Electrician [Qualified relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Service Technician/ High voltage/ light current electrician)

Minimum 5 years post-apprentice / learnership experience

Grade 12

SAP & CRM

Power Generation experience (Changeover systems, generator controls etc)

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Qualified Artisan. Electrician [Qualified relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Service Technician/ High voltage/ light current electrician)

• Minimum 5 years post-apprentice / learnership experience

• Grade 12

• SAP & CRM

• Power Generation experience (Changeover systems, generator controls etc)

• Generator set commissioning experience would be beneficial
