Key Outputs

• Managing and updating the CVA planning tool

• Identifying & coordinating services to be done a month in advance

• Request purchase orders from customers

• Open jobs and order parts internally and outsource from suppliers

• Capture technicians time and create contractors labour bought outs

• Ensure all the costs are on jobs

• Close and invoice jobs

• Resolving supplier account issues

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Administrative experience – minimum 2 years

• An understanding of service processes & KPIs will be an advantage

• A technical background will be an advantage

• Some SAP experience (Advantage)

• Effective analysis of information

• Attention to detail

• Customer service orientation

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Effective interpersonal relationships

• Power Generation
