Key Output:

• Provide technical assistance to the planner related to preventative maintenance in terms of content and execution.

• Manage scheduled oil sampling data and recommend preventative maintenance interventions.

• Manage VIMS data reports and machine health information.

• Monitor and report on site severity and operational issues.

• Advise internal customers on equipment reliability and diagnostics.

• Compile weekly reliability reports.

• Compile preliminary data report for component root cause analysis

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12 with 5 years Diesel or Earthmoving experience (trade certificate NQF3 mechanic), with sound machine and component operation knowledge.

• Analytical ability & experience as.

• Good working knowledge of the minerals Act (with sound knowledge of safety rules and regulations)

• Sound business communication and presentation skills.

• Sound technical report writing skills and MS Office knowledge.

• Building relationships and networking.
