Key Outputs

Manage the Dealer co-ordinator representatives and admin staff.

General administration and management of the department.

Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability (includes management of HR value chain).

Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues and principals through effective communication and follow-through;

Drive achievement of regional financial targets through the Balanced Scorecards.

To manage the Perkins Parts after sales department and ensure adherence to good customer service protocol, and generate turnover, Building the Second level dealer parts capability , giving stakeholders a targeted return on investment;
Development and marketing of parts campaigns and products to all internal and external customers;

To provide solutions for all Perkins equipment customers and to increase parts sales;

To drive profitable parts growth within the organization by realizing targeted returns for all key stakeholders

Owner of key Perkins Aftermarket Pillar, ensuring adherence to Perkins requirements for SnA

Identify the organisation’s strengths and weaknesses.

Respond to opportunities and threats in the Perkins Parts market environment

Ensure strategies lead to a continual growth in the component business.

Effective management of Second level dealers and Parts dealers

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Matric or higher, 3 to 5 years’ experience

in parts supervision or sales role

SAP and CRM literate MS office programs

Good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently, under pressure and meeting deadlines

Willing to travel as and when required

High level of computer literacy (including relevant SAP exposure)

Good knowledge of Perkins components and relevant industry

Business development skills and knowledge

Financial management skills

Strategic management ability

Track record in leading / managing people in a team-based and participative environment

Presentation and communication skills; Good Customer relations

Valid Passport and drivers licence

Ability to have all inoculations required to travel to foreign countries

Ability to obtain visas to BWE territories
