A tier one Bank A seeking to recruit self-driven, dynamic and results oriented professionals
to fill the underlisted position:

The Business Sales Executives will be responsible ior recruiting new business customers, groups recruitment and activation of collection channels and general business growth within their areas of jurisdiction.

Responsibities

• Recruit & train Business customers into bank channels and ensure they are active and transacting.

• Recruit Groups and ensure they are active.

• Recruitment of Bonk Agents.

• Recruit Business Customers into MSME Digital engine and ensure they repay bank facilities.

• Activate dormant accounts and dormant agents.

• Open new hinded auounts and onboard all on Collection solutions.

Skills, Competencies and Experience

The successful jobholder will be required to possess the following qualifications: -

Business related degree

Must have a minimum Mean grade of C+ in K.C.S.E with C in Mathematics and English.

CPA qualifications will be an added advantage.

Have excellent analytical interpersonal skills

Passion &commitment to quality service

Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.

Be a team player,

Experience in sales or client relotionship will be an added advantage.
