Bancassurance Officer Jobs in Kenya

Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for a Bancassurance Officer position for one of our clients.

Qualifications

Degree in a business related field.
Marketing qualification or an equivalent.

A qualification in Insurance Industry IIK Diploma/ACII/ALMI

Insurance Industry Knowledge, Knowledge of long term insurance products, Financial Markets Knowledge;

Customer, Market and Competitor Understanding.
5 years’ experience in financial services industry, 3 of which must be in business development and preferably in the Long Term Insurance market.

Good client relationship management

Ability to follow initiatives successfully

Excellent communication and Presentation skills

Strong negotiation skills
