Our Client is currently looking to hire a Sales Executive.

They are looking for a vibrant, results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage prospective customers.

The successful candidate will continually develop a list of potental clients and reach out to them in order to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.

S/he will be responsible for cold-calling, booking appointments, making presentations and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Continually develop a well-curated list of prospective company customers.
  • Contact and engage prospective customers in order to understand their needs and propose solutions.
  • Secure appointments for presentations and product demos with key officers at the prospective client’s organization.
  • Promote and sell data collection and analysis services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales and revenue targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales and produce status reports through the company’s CRM.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
    activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

    Requirements

  • Good knowledge of data collection and processing with respect to research and M&E.
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative in a business-to-business context.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to build productive business and professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • A degree in statistics, mathematics, informatics, computer science or any related field.
