Purpose of the JobThe National Commercial Capability Manager is responsible for increasing the effectiveness of the Commercial Department by developing and implementing coaching and training programs, building sustainable business improvements, and leading specific business and organizational transformation projects.
Main Responsibilities
Proactively develop and implement internal and external business development strategies to achieve business growth and financial objectives.
Carry out periodic and timely training need analysis as per the business requirement.
Develop a training calendar and content for the commercial team based on the identified needs.
Design and develop customized training modules and training solutions to suit specific and generic needs.
Facilitate training of employees and intermediaries as per the training calendar
Track spending of training budget; report capability scores, skill level tracker, and related data to the concerned body.
Execute effective coaching of the sales team to increase sales capability and performance.
Lead specific business and organizational transformation projects particularly in relation to commercial design and execution.
Ensure the availability of resources that the commercial team needs and remove any impediments in a timely manner.
Promote best practices within the team.
Job Requirements
BA Or MA in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Business Management, or related Field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Proven business development skills
The provision of exceptional customer experience
Leadership capability
Relationship building skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentations skills, including the ability to make formal presentations internally and externally
Sales and marketing skills
Sound knowledge and experience in business development activities
