Aviation Scholarship Nomination

I would like to nominate a Ugandan friend for the aviation scholarship. She is dedicated, she is straight A student, with pass grades above 96%. She is currently an aviation student in Kimberley, South Africa. However she lost her scholarship due to her mother's death.
