Avenue Healthcare Dentist Jobs in Kenya;Provide quality and comprehensive oral health care and dental services using the most up‑to‑date techniques and equipment within Avenue Healthcare, in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out emergency and non‑emergency dental procedures.

  • Counsel patients on oral hygiene and demonstrate techniques.

  • Examine, diagnose and treat general oral diseases.

  • Educate patients and the public on preventive dental care.

  • Record care provided in electronic health records accurately and completely.

  • Diagnose, treat and follow up dental implant cases.

  • Create treatment plans for complex dental conditions, including surgery.

  • Liaise with consultants on specialized cases and referrals.

  • Use dental equipment safely and ensure proper maintenance and sterilization.

  • Supervise dental auxiliary staff and update them on new practices.

  • Review and develop policies and procedures for patient care.

  • Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Avenue policies, procedures and systems.

  • Perform any other duty as assigned by supervisor in line with job description.

    Person Specification

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery.

  • Registration by the Kenya Medical Practitioners & Dentists Council.

  • 2 years’ post‑internship experience in general dentistry and dental implants.

  • Clinical experience in Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine.

  • Advanced training in ACLS / ATLS.

  • Attention to detail and result‑oriented.

  • Empathetic and patient‑focused.
