Availability of Scholarships

I have recently finished my Bsc Honours in Forest Resources and Wildlife Management in Zimbabwe. First question is that, are Zimbabwean students eligible for these scholarships especially at Msc and PhD level, if yes, Are they going to be release any Msc scholarships related to Marine and Aquatic life management this year?
