Atlas Finance Consultant- Benoni Jobs in South Africa;The Consultant promotes, assists, and enables clients to apply for credit loans, ensuring all applications comply with credit‑granting regulations and company policies. The role supports loan sales, collections, and customer service while maintaining accurate records and branch standards.

Key Accountable Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly loan application sales targets by promoting credit loans and assisting customers.

  • Meet monthly collections targets by actioning company procedures and following up on instalments.

  • Accurately update and maintain records.

  • Maintain branch housekeeping standards in a tidy and timely manner.

  • Provide professional and friendly service to internal and external customers.

    Competency & Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum: Grade 12 (Matric).

  • Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3).

  • 2 years’ experience in the microfinance industry.

  • Mathematical literacy.
