Atlas Finance Branch Manager Jobs in South Africa;The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of the branch, including staff and resources, delivering excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth through loan sales and collections.

Key Accountable Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly branch loan application sales targets by promoting credit loans and assisting customers.

  • Ensure branch collections targets are achieved by following company procedures and monitoring instalments.

  • Manage branch resources and staff to ensure efficient operations.

  • Deliver professional, customer‑focused service at all times.

    Competency & Qualification Requirements

  • Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L4).

  • Certificate/Diploma in General Management (NQF L5) – Advantage.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in microfinance.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • 2 years’ experience in junior management.

  • Computer literacy at intermediate level.
