Job Details:

Key Responsibilities include and not limited to;

To prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for Tenders and Contracts

Prepare claims/reports for different on-going sites

To monitor material use for different projects

Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials,time and Labours costs .

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying

Registered member of Quantity Surveying Institute of Zambia

At least 7 years experience

Good Communication and writing skills

Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project
