Minimum Requirements

Minimum Grade 12 Qualification.

Three years’ experience in an IT support environment.

Experience with Windows 10.

Application knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Exposure to wireless communication and security will be an added advantage.

Should be able to do standby every fortnight.

The individual must be able to work under pressure and swiftly resolve queries.

Basic understanding of the 20 keys concept.

Have a valid code 8/EB driver’s license as well as reliable transport.

Must be service orientated, have interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Job Specification

Supporting of all desktop, server, printer, and network infrastructure.

Supporting desktop applications like MS Office 2010 and MS Projects.

Supporting of Shop floor equipment and software in the factory.
