Job Requirements

  • Red Seal Motor Mechanics Certificate (Fully Qualified).

  • Valid Driver’s Licence and own transport.

  • Minimum 3 years of recent Motor Vehicle Technician experience in an RMI Approved workshop.

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

  • Well‑groomed and professionally presented.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional diagnostic system knowledge.

  • Comfortable working on all makes and models — from classics to modern vehicles, including EVs.

  • Clear understanding of technician duties, responsibilities, and professional etiquette.

  • Solid track record.

  • Stable and gapless work history.

  • Contactable references.
