Astor Automotive New Car Sales Manager - Emerging Bran Jobs on South Africa


The Role

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the New Car Sales Team.

  • Drive new vehicle sales volumes, profitability, and CSI.

  • Implement creative, out‑of‑the‑box sales and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on digital, social, and showroom campaigns.

  • Manage daily sales processes, pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with OEM standards and dealership policies.

  • Set the pace, energy, and culture within the sales floor.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ New Car Sales Management experience within a franchised motor dealership.

  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and influence.

  • Creative mindset with a hands‑on approach to sales and marketing.

  • Solid understanding of dealership sales processes and OEM standards.
