The Ministry of Health seeks technical support to conduct an end-term review (ETR) of the PHC Strategic Framework, evaluating progress, achievements, and lessons learned to inform future reforms.

Purpose of Consultancy

Provide strategic assistance to the Directorate of Primary Health Care to conduct an end-term review of the Kenya PHC Strategic Framework (2019–2024).

Key aspects include methodology development, desk review, field assessments, stakeholder consultations, pillar analysis, synthesis of lessons learned, and drafting of the ETR report.
