Artee Group Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Technician Jobs in Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

Process and complete work orders on AppSheet.

Read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics of buildings.

Install climate control systems, refrigeration units, and beverage equipment.

Observe and test newly installed systems.

Troubleshoot refrigeration equipment failures.

Maintain stock levels in collaboration with Store Man.

Replace worn seals, outer shells, and motors.

Inform Maintenance Manager of repair costs and alternate cooling options.

Skill Set / Competencies

High school diploma or relevant qualification recognized by the company.

Previous experience as a refrigeration technician.

HVAC certification.

Brazing and soldering skills.

Knowledge of local building codes.

Ability to read and interpret refrigeration, building, and compliance schematics.

Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills.

Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.

Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.

Ability to work in sub‑zero conditions.

Ability to multitask in all aspects of the department.

Perform general housekeeping and ensure all workstations are left clean and tidy.

Maintain good communication and interpersonal relationships with co‑employees and others.

Dependable, attentive to detail, creative thinker, and good team player.

Innovative, able to think out of the box, and possess problem‑solving ability.
