Artee Group CCTV Operator Jobs in Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
Monitor surveillance cameras and ensure the safety and security of designated areas or facilities.
Continuously monitor multiple CCTV cameras and video feeds in real‑time.
Identify and assess unauthorized or suspicious activities, intrusions, or safety concerns.
Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to potential security breaches.
Notify appropriate personnel (security officers, law enforcement, emergency services) in case of suspicious or criminal activities.
Follow established protocols for responding to incidents including emergencies, thefts, or safety hazards.
Record and document all observed incidents, activities, and actions taken during shifts.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs including time, date, and descriptions of events.
Review previous night footage, report findings immediately to the Store CSO, and record incident details for reference.
Communicate effectively with Store CSO, Store Manager, security personnel, supervisors, and other team members using radio, phone, or other communication devices.
Provide clear and concise information about ongoing incidents and observations.
Ensure proper functioning of CCTV equipment including cameras, monitors, recording devices, and software applications.
Report
technical issues or malfunctions to the Store CSO and Store Manager, and escalate to IT for resolution.
Register all technical faults on the CCTV system in the log book.
Collaborate with other security personnel and operations departments to enhance overall safety and response strategies.
Adhere to company privacy policies, guidelines, and legal regulations related to surveillance.
Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
