Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of service staff, ensuring top‑notch training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining seamless service and upholding Artcaffé’s high standards.

  • Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and resolving concerns professionally.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional dining experiences.

  • Assist in inventory management, stock control, and procurement to optimize efficiency.

  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with POS/ERP systems (e.g., Micros) is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
