Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing payment voucher based on the institute’s government, project and aid budget

Cosigning payment cheque after thorough analysis and evaluation

By Evaluating and assessing preparing payment voucher of the payment of high level service, purchase and construction

Preparing allowance and top-up for senior officials of the institute based on the institutes allowance and top-up guideline,

And reconcile payments for good or service after thorough evaluation.

Asses, register prepare payment for consultants which are paid in foreign currency

Job Requirements

BA Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance - 6 years related experience
