Job Description

To provide holistic education that caters for human, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and emotional development of the pupils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching all relevant and required lessons.

  • Preparing, conducting, and marking examinations.

  • Participating in the development and preparation of the institutional development plan.

  • Liaising with the immediate supervisor to market the institution.

  • Collaborating with team members to prepare training schedules and professional documents for each term.

  • Working with the head teacher to listen and solve pupils’ grievances.

    Requirements

  • Knowledge of teaching methodologies and developing professional records.

  • Knowledge of the education system in Kenya.

  • Creativity.

  • Good interpersonal and human relations skills.

  • Good communication skills.

    Qualifications

  • Certificate in Primary Teacher Education.

  • Must be TSC registered.

  • Training in CBC will be an added advantage.
