Job Purpose:
To gain new business, maintain and develop relationship with customers, achieving new business targets.

Sales Target:
Monthly new business revenue target is based on 2.5 X CTC
Effective JAN-DEC date range.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
  • Minimum of 6 new business meetings per week, throughout cold calling and referrals.
  • Usage of Reach, new business meetings uploaded weekly.
  • Minimum of 1 new business account signed per month. (Linked to monthly CTC revenue target)
  • Quarterly revenue achieved review. (As per company penalty guideline)
