Job Details:

A logistics company that provides customized freight services for individuals, small and large businesses. We are redefining logistics, by revolutionizing the way international shopping, shipping, fulfillment, and deliveries are done. We seek to hire an experienced, self-driven and results-oriented candidate to fill in the role of a Motorbike Rider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive short and long distances to deliver goods to members.

• Ensure accurate sorting and delivery of all items before expected delivery date and time.

• Preparing and printing delivery slips for all scheduled deliveries

• Keeping the company motorcycle safe, clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and maintenance.

• Follow all traffic and safety laws.

• Ensure packages are delivered in good condition.

• Plan routes using GPS system or other to maximize time and ensure prompt deliveries.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.

• Open to flexible work hours, to include periodic early morning starts/late nights and weekend work.

• Responsible for updating the riders’ logbook on a daily basis with the required information.

• Work effectively to cut down on delivery window by hours and days

Requirements:

•

Minimum A-Level education

• Valid Riding License (A class)

• Fluently speak English

• Experience as a rider in a busy environment.

• A commitment to excellent customer service.

• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

• Minimum of 1 year experience riding with working knowledge of local roads and routes.

• The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and motorbike manuals.

• Punctual and reliable.

• Ability to work long and strenuous hours in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Candidates with Defensive Driving certification have an added advantage.
