Apricot Property Solution LTD Property Coordinator Jobs in Kenya; We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our property management portfolio. The ideal candidate will oversee tenant relations, coordinate maintenance activities, manage service providers, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth property operations and high tenant satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and service providers.

• Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Monitor lease agreements, rental payments, and service contracts, ensuring compliance.

• Assist with property inspections and prepare reports on condition, occupancy, and issues.

• Maintain updated records for tenants, vendors, and property-related documents.

• Liaise with utility companies, municipal authorities, and contractors as needed.

• Support budget tracking, procurement, and cost control for property-related expenses.

• Assist with on boarding and off boarding of tenants including documentation and handovers.

• Prepare regular operational updates and reports for management.


Qualifications & Skills:


• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management or a related role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software {preferred).

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with property regulations and local authority requirements in Kenya.
