    Responsibility

  • Managing business and IT processes for end customer
  • Coordination and accountable for resolution of tickets/ issues
  • Handling customer requirements and getting it executed through central team
  • People management

    Qualifications and Skills

  • 6-8 Years of Work Experience,
  • Must have experience in Telco Domain (OSS/DSS),
  • Must understand the local Africa Landscape,
    Have experience in Telco applications like Point of Sale, Billing, BI, Bank Integrations (may have technical skills in some telco/ERP applications) ,
    Campaign Management, Understanding of Unica, Cognos PL/SQL, Unix
  • Must be fluent in local dialect,
    Solid communication & customer facing skills, Local national of Country proposed to work in
