Application for a Scholarship for Undergraduate

I am a disabled person with hearing impairment ( deaf ),I am a Kenyan and i have completed diploma in special needs education with IT at Maseno University and attained a CREDIT.

I'm seeking for someone good to sponsor me as a scholarship- degree in special education due to lack of finances, I have not been able to proceed with my education. Please help me.
