Job Summary:Reporting to the Executive Director of ANPPCAN-Ethiopia; the Program Manager plan, organize. lead and control the overall programmatic activities of the organization; project design, monitoring and evaluation and lead resources mobilization activities of the organization; promotes good practice in the implementation and delivery of the overall plan of the organization; Manage and ensure the smooth running of all the program/project activities in accordance to ANPPCAN-Ethiopia’s general policies and procedures; produce different kinds of reports for internal and external stakeholders; evaluate the performance of Project/program Managers/coordinators and senior program coordinators; drive ANPPCAN- Ethiopia towards programme sustainability.
Job Requirements
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
MA/BA in Development Studies, Project Management, Economic, Sociology, Social Works, Psychology or related filed with a minimum of 10/12 years of relevant experience out of these 4 years in senior program management functions.
Special Skill/Training:
Leadership Skill, Computer skills, Strategic Management
