Company Background.

Aniwe Co. Ltd is a legally registered company in South Sudan with its head office in Juba & other field site locations.

The company has been in operations since 2013 and specialize in service provision to both INGO's, NNGO & the private sector

This is mainly in fumigation & pest control services, warehouse handling & cleaning services.

The goal of the company is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business.

Duties of the Quality Assurance include;

  • Devise procedures to inspect and report quality in our service provision
  • Monitor all operations that affect the quality of service deliverance
  • Supervise and guide inspectors, fumigation technicians and other staffs
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of service deliverance by checking processes and final output
  • Appraise customers' requirements and make sure they are satisfied with our services being rendered.
  • Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action.
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation from the client's perspective.
  • Ensure
    all legal standards are met.
  • Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.

    Key & mandatory requirements.

  • Previous experience in a similar quality assurance role
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards \Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis
  • Good knowledge of MS office and database
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Reliable & trustworthy
  • BSc/BA or diploma of Arts In Social Science
  • At least two years of progressively responsible experience.
