Our client, an established baby shop is seeking to hire a sales personnel.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Interact with customers through messages, social media platforms & at the shop

Manage the sales

Ensure the store, displays, and warehouse are clean and tidy at all times.

Participate in stock management and control

Assist shoppers to locate the products and goods they desire

Perform sales duties

Answer queries from shoppers

Guide and give advice to customers on product selection

Use social media platforms to get sales

Key Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field

At least 2-year’s experience in sales

Experience in social media sales and marketing.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Highly self-motivated and a team player

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must be a resident of Rongai or it’s environs.
