Job Description

Operations Responsibility

Report on Ethiopian industrialization growth plans

Identify business opportunities for the organization in Ethiopia and its customers

Compile market data for key markets with opportunities for the organization

Business and Sales development for defined industries

Provide first level contact point and consulting to relevant customers

Develop and maintain customer profiles and concepts

Monitor the market and provide market analysis and competitor profiles

Provide input for sales strategy

Support in the interaction with governments, industry, customers and stake holders

In consultation with the business units, manage customer projects to develop new profitable businesses

Active representation of the organization interests (e.g. industry associations)

General Responsibilities

Active representation of organization interests (e.g. industry associations)

Interaction and cooperation with functional and operational units

Job Requirements

3 to 5 years’ experience in B2B technical sales of industrial chemicals.

Inherent requirements

Entrepreneurial

Ability to sell products that need technical explanation.

Strong communication and people skills.

Well organized, meticulous and able to plan and priorities activities.

Self- motivated
