Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and managing the procurement team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet business needs and objectives

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain

Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure that procurement terms and conditions are met

Monitor procurement performance and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Develop and manage the procurement budget

Supervise and manage the procurement team to ensure that procurement activities are carried out efficiently and effectively

Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with business needs

Ensure that procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management/Purchasing and Supply Management/Management/Accounting in Economics or a related field

10 years of work experience

relevant to the job, of which 4-5 years worked in a responsible capacity

Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures

Ability to lead and manage a team

Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process

Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement
