Job Description

We are looking for an experienced General Construction Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of residential and commercial building projects. They will be responsible for ensuring that all construction works are of high quality, meet the project specifications, and are completed on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the construction activities of the project

Control the quality of construction works technically on site

Prepare construction reports regularly to the managers

Monitor the project progress and make sure it is on schedule

Ensure that all construction works are done according to the project specifications, codes, and regulations

Manage the construction crew to ensure that they are following the safety procedures

Communicate with the project manager, architects, and engineers to ensure that the project is on track

Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports

Maintain a clean and organized construction site

Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure that all workers are following the safety procedures

Job Requirements

Minimum Technical Degree

Minimum of 10 years of construction experience

in Concrete Works, Finishing Works, and Infrastructure Works of Residential & Commercial Building Projects

Good communication skills in English

Strong leadership and management skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
