Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the construction of residential and commercial building projects. They will be responsible for ensuring that all construction works are completed on time, within budget, and meet the project specifications.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications

Prepare and submit project proposals and bid documents

Prepare cost estimates and budgets

Prepare work schedules and ensure that projects are completed on time

Prepare progress payment reports and manage contracts

Ensure that all construction works meet the project specifications, codes, and regulations

Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities

Resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance to the construction team

Manage construction crews and subcontractors

Communicate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure that the project is on track

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management

Job Requirements

B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
Male

Minimum of 10 years of construction experience in Residential & Commercial Building Projects

Experienced in quantity measurement, cost estimating, progress payment preparation, contract management, work schedule preparation, and tender document preparation

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
