American Scholarship for Nigerians

I am from Nigeria and I want to study English in America. I also need a scholarship that will cover for my flight, school fees and accommodation fees. I have not yet been admitted into any Institution or University. I got five credits In my West African Examination (WACE) and my National Examination council(NECO) Please do I stand a chance of studying in America? Thank you for your help and cooperation.
